Sales Management Trainee

Next Gen Exposure Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who want more than just a job. We’re hiring a Sales Management Trainee to join our team in Kalamazoo. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands‑on training, professional development, and a clear path for advancement into leadership and management.

As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll work directly with customers while learning every aspect of our sales and management process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Representing our clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Understanding customer needs and presenting products or services that fit those needs.
• Learning effective sales strategies and communication techniques.
• Participating in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Working toward individual and team performance goals.
• Developing leadership, recruiting, and team management skills.
• Learning the day-to-day operations that support business growth.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer‑facing roles is a plus but not required.
• Leadership experience through work, school, athletics, or volunteer organizations is welcomed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience and individual performance. We recognize and reward hard work, and advancement opportunities are based on results rather than seniority.
