Company Description Cummins Label, Inc., established in 1972, is a growth-oriented labeling manufacturer committed to high-quality products and prompt, friendly service. The company helps clients strengthen and differentiate their brand identity through custom labeling solutions. Today, Cummins Label operates from a 20,000 sq. ft. production facility staffed by more than 20 skilled craftspeople and customer service professionals. The facility includes multiple high-speed flexographic presses capable of printing up to 10 colors, and digital printing for high-resolution four-color process jobs.

Job Summary

Outside Sales Responsibilities:

· Generation of new business, goal of 25K per quarter.

· Contact new business opportunities, Phone/Email 20 “Touch Points” per day.

· 5 follow up conversations or office visits per day.

· Gathering of information. Examples:
Company size, who works on labeling needs, regulatory info, industry, yearly usages, current supplier satisfaction and what can we do to help?

· Generation of a detailed report to be reviewed by management on a weekly basis.

· Work closely with estimating on new quotes for potential customers with a positive attitude. (If they say no, Why?)

Compensation:

Hourly base pay with UNCAPPED Sales Commission.

Education:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Formal business/sales education is a plus.

Additional Qualifications:

· Sales experience; printing background is preferred but not required.

· 3+ years of direct outside sales experience, we are not looking for an account manager.

· Proven history of working with buyers/ability to navigate hard conversations.

· You are somebody who is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Base Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
