Sales Representative

Green Bay Packaging seeks a driven Sales Representative to grow revenue for our sustainable corrugated and paperboard packaging solutions. In this field-focused role, you will identify and qualify prospects, manage and expand existing accounts, and develop value-based proposals tailored to customer operations. Partner with production and customer service teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries. Use CRM tools to track pipelines, forecast sales, and analyze trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow packaging revenue
• Identify, qualify, and close new B2
• B customers in target markets
• Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts to increase share of wallet
• Prepare and deliver value-based proposals and pricing aligned with customer needs
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Use CRM to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and maintain accurate records
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales, margin, and activity goals
• Represent Green Bay Packaging's safety, sustainability, and customer-first values in all interactions
