Security Officer Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and assigned security-related protocols;
Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor information, issue access credentials as directed, and maintain front desk logs and reports;
Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate;
Answer questions, provide directions, and support day-to-day front desk operations within a financial services location while helping to deter unauthorized access;
Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns, and document events according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines
