Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.60 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time — Mon 08:45 AM - 05:45 PM;
Tue 08:45 AM - 05:45 PM;
Thu 08:45 AM - 05:45 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and assigned security-related protocols.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor information, issue access credentials as directed, and maintain front desk logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support day-to-day front desk operations within a financial services location while helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns, and document events according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
