Security Officer - Kalamazoo, MI

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in security, security guard, security patrol, and unarmed security. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including availability for part-time and full-time work
