Day To Day Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a skilled and self‑motivated Plumber Technician to join our team in a large facility environment. This role focuses on maintenance and repair—not construction—so if you enjoy troubleshooting and working in a clean, organized setting, this could be a great fit. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, work with minimal oversight, and take pride in doing things right the first time.

Technicians start their day at a centralized shop, receive schedules digitally, and head out in company‑provided service vans (uniforms included!). Training is an important part of the role, and additional certifications will be supported once you’re a full‑time employee.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work independently with minimal supervision—self‑motivation and planning are key.
  • Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs on fixtures such as sinks, showers, bathtubs, water heaters, and backflow prev enters.
  • Handle troubleshooting for drains, valves, gauges, and water softeners; clear clogs and remove obstructions from sewer lines.
  • Install, inspect, and maintain piping systems (copper, PVC, PEX, galvanized steel, etc.), including cutting, threading, and bending pipes.
  • Respond to emergency situations such as gas leaks and ensure all work meets safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and assist with apprentice training when needed.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas neat and organized; operate a company vehicle to transport materials and tools.
