THE ROLE:

* Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems with precision and attention to detail.

* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.

* Troubleshoot and solve roofing issues while communicating effectively with customers.

* Maintain a positive, hardworking attitude while working independently or as part of a team.

* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

* Committed to safety, including adherence to Weather Shield's policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE:

* At least 2 years of experience in commercial roofing repair or service work.

* Strong understanding of different roofing systems and materials.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Dedication to safety and preventing accidents on the job.
