*** Provide outstanding customer service with clear, professional communication.
* Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential settings.
* Ensure all work is completed to code, company standards, and customer satisfaction.
* Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and recommend effective solutions.
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
* Mentor and support apprentices, helping develop their skills in the field.
* Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and successfully.
* Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

** Minimum Qualifications
*** Valid Journeyman Plumber license preferred (or readiness to test).
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Valid driver's license with insurability through Vredevoogd's insurance carrier.
* Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as a comprehensive national background check.
* Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in varying weather conditions.
* Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
* Must live within 45 minutes of Kalamazoo.
