Compensation: $18 - $25 per hour.
Purpose
We are seeking a dependable, skilled Carpenter to join our construction team. This position supports a variety of renovation and building projects, performing hands-on carpentry tasks while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. Daily travel between job sites is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform carpentry and construction tasks, including:
* Drywall hanging and finishing
* Acoustical ceiling grid installation
* Exterior insulation
* Framing and general construction work
* Use and maintain basic carpentry tools
* Read tape measures and basic construction drawings
* Arrive on time and ready to work each day
* Communicate effectively with the project field leader and team members
* Represent the company professionally and courteously on all jobsites
* Work independently or collaboratively depending on project needs
* Ask questions and seek guidance when necessary to ensure accuracy and safety
* Follow all jobsite safety protocols and company safety standards
* Complete additional tasks as assigned to support project success
Qualifications
* Basic math and measurement skills
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
* Must provide and maintain personal hand tools (power and specialty tools provided)
* Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
* Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and ladder climbing
* Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
* Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Travel Requirements
* Reliable transportation required to travel between job sites

Foreman
