• Work alongside crew and crew leads from first response through job completion
• Rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency dispatch

• Water extraction, structural drying, and equipment monitoring (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
• Fire, smoke, and odor remediation
• Demolition of damaged materials
• Job documentation — photos, moisture readings, written notes
• Professional, empathetic communication with customers on-site

• Fast-moving, varied work
• Could be a flooded basement in the morning, fire damage response in the afternoon
• Constantly building new skills in the field
