Naylor Landscape Management, a family‑owned company serving Southwest Michigan for over 30 years, is seeking a Landscaping Installation Foreman to help deliver high‑end residential projects including patios, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting, water features, and more.

• $26–$34/hour based on experience
• $3,000 sign‑on bonus
• Opportunity to earn $90,000+ annually through overtime, snow pay, commissions, and profit sharing

• Lead and work alongside a small installation crew
• Build high-quality hardscape and landscape projects
• Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
• Coordinate materials and job site logistics
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members

• 1+ year leading a landscape installation crew
• 3+ years of landscape construction/install experience
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans
• Experience operating landscape construction equipment and truck/trailer combinations
• CDL‑A preferred (or ability to obtain within 60–90 days)
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
