$18 – $25 per hour.
PurposeWe are seeking a dependable, skilled Carpenter to join our construction team. This position supports a variety of renovation and buildingprojects, performing hands-on carpentry tasks while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. Daily travel between job sites is required.
Key Responsibilities- Perform carpentry and construction tasks, including:
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Acoustical ceiling grid installation
- Exterior insulation
- Framing and general construction work
- Use and maintain basic carpentry tools
- Read tape measures and basic construction drawings
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day
- Communicate effectively with the project field leaderand team members
- Represent the company professionally and courteously onall jobsites
- Work independently or collaboratively depending onproject needs
- Ask questions and seek guidance when necessary toensure accuracy and safety
- Follow all jobsite safety protocols and company safety standards
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support project success
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, andteam-focused
- Must provide and maintain personal hand tools (power and specialty tools provided)
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced construction environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and climbing ladders.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation required totravel between job sites
