Service Dispatcher
Field Plumbing and Heating is a third generation family owned HVAC and Plumbing company. We have been proudly serving the residents and businesses of Southwest Michigan for over 60 years. Maintain the work schedules for field technicians and assure that all customer commitments are met. Provide logistical support to technicians and communicating with both fellow employees and customers, informing customers of the progress of service operations while ensuring that technicians operate in a cost-effective fashion. The dispatcher must be able to match each available technician to a job based on that technician's skill level and location.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hr

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
Required Qualifications- 2+ years experience in customer service
- Prior dispatching, project management, schedule coordinating experience preferred
- Experience in HVAC or similar trade preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy
- Ability to manage a multiple line phone system.
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it!
- Service Titan experience preferred
