Residential HVAC Service Technician

$35-$43/hour Depending on Experience

Full-Time | Residential & Light Commercial Service

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues efficiently and provide long-term solutions
  • Perform preventative maintenance and service calls with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and repair options
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
  • Test and verify system performance after repairs and installations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work independently while representing the company professionally in customers' homes
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal Certification required
  • NATE Certification preferredHVAC technical school training preferred
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience servicing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC systems
  • Ability to make informed repair vs. replacement recommendations
  • Knowledge of low-voltage systems and electrical troubleshooting
  • Understanding of air balancing principles and airflow diagnostics
  • Familiarity with basic sheet metal practices
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable, self- motivated, and team-oriented mindset
