We are looking for a Lead Installer with a solid residential construction background (electrician, plumber, security, or general building) who wants to learn smart home systems and grow into managing projects.

• Install smart home, audio/video, lighting, and security systems
• Interpret blueprints and follow best practices
• Communicate with homeowners, builders, and subcontractors
• Train and mentor junior techs
• Learn scheduling, estimating, and project tracking

• Residential construction experience
• Mechanical skills, attention to detail
• Ability to read construction plans
• Communication and leadership skills
• Eager to learn new technology (training provided)
