*** Install residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining top-quality standards.
* Adhere to strict guidelines, ensuring all work meets or exceeds mechanical inspector requirements.
* Provide friendly, accurate information and home comfort options to clients.
* Consistently meet or exceed company productivity goals.
* Present invoices and collect payments per company policy.
* Complete and submit all paperwork and payments accurately and on time.
* Maintain a professional appearance and respect client spaces by following cleanliness policies (e.g., wearing shoe covers in homes).
* Keep company vehicles in excellent condition according to Fleet Management Policy.
* Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and service quality.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Proven experience installing residential HVAC systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Valid driver's license and insurability through Vredevoogd’s insurance carrier.
* Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings and a comprehensive background check.
* Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in diverse conditions.
* A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow.
* Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment.
