Lead and supervise a crew of 3-4 laborers and carpenters on new construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work.;
Perform rough framing for a variety of commercial, pole barn, and pre-engineered building projects.;
Install doors and windows accurately, ensuring proper fit, function, and finish.;
Complete finish trim work, including casing, baseboards, and other detailed interior carpentry.;
Execute commercial casework and cabinetry installation with precision and attention to detail.
