What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, and related systems
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently and provide long-term solutions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Complete service calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Work independently while staying connected with dispatch and the team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in varying weather and job site conditions
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
