Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical systems and components on manufacturing equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Reads and interprets electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Diagnoses and resolves electrical issues in PLCs, motor controls, and other automated systems.
• Adheres to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborates with engineers and other technicians to optimize electrical system performance and reliability.
• Calibrates and tests electrical equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and HMI interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Familiarity with robotic systems and their electrical components.
• Certification in a specialized electrical field (e.g., high-voltage systems, instrumentation).
• Experience with vision systems and their integration into manufacturing processes.
