Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systems;
Troubleshoot and repair mixing equipment, extruders, servos, VFDs, sensors, feed control systems, refrigeration, proofer, conveyors, boilers, silos, and oven equipment;
Build, replace, rotate, inspect, and change parts of industrial machines;
Connect power to machines, install motors, and rewire motors using blueprints and schematics;
Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, and forklifts
