We are currently hiring a Flooring Installer to join our team in Portage, Michigan. This is a full‑time position for someone with experience in residential flooring who takes quality seriously and works well both independently and as part of a crew. If you’re dependable, skilled, and ready to put your talents to use in homes across our service area, we’d love to meet you.

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit precisely within designated areas
• Install a wide variety of flooring types including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing subfloors as needed
• Interpret blueprints and layout specifications to ensure accurate installations
• Perform trim carpentry and finishing touches to complete the look of each flooring job
• Collaborate with team members and other trades on‑site to keep projects running smoothly
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow all job site safety protocols
• Communicate with clients professionally and keep them informed on progress

• Proven experience in flooring installation
• Familiarity with tile laying techniques is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a high‑performing company

• Full‑time position
• Pay ranges from 21.00 to 40.00 per hour depending on experience
