Novolex is hiring Electronic Technicians at our Kalamazoo, MI facility to support electrical and electronics systems, safety, and uptime. The role requires 12-hour shift capability, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM days, with overtime guaranteed.
Ideal candidates bring knowledge of safety circuits, switch gear, power distribution, PLCs, and reading electrical schematics. Proficiency with SAP and Maintenance Connection is a plus, along with the ability to work in a lean, cross-functional team.
