Job Description

** WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN FOR THE JOB IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PRIOR INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE**

This person may be responsible for many different aspects of the job, including planning, customer relations, material management, and quality control.

Job Role:

Serve Electric is looking for licensed electrician candidates that are Journeyman with or without experience in Industrial Electrical work.

Job Duties

• Employee evaluations
• Conflict and problem resolution
• Directing of work
• Inspecting installations for quality
• Ensure code standards are met
• Uphold and enforce job safety

Qualifications:

• State of MI Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Communicate clearly with the customer, service manager and other team members
• Knowledgeable with lighting, transformers, motor control and switchboards
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Computer applications relevant to the job (Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP)
• Knowledge of electrical calculations

Additional skills required for role:

• Able to multi-task
• NEC Code
• PPE and Safety
• Able to lift 50lbs
