Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year residential HVAC experience
- Skills in customer service, communication, and mechanical aptitude
- Able to produce neat, clean, and tidy work
- Be quick, efficient, and organized
- No visible tattoos – they must be covered while on duty (e.g., long sleeves)
- A positive attitude
- Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal-oriented, optimistic
- Be able to climb in and out of box trucks, lift over 75 lbs, and work in both Michigan cold and heat
- Live within 45 minutes of Kalamazoo
- Willing to travel to other areas from time to time based on company workload
- Ability to pass the state of Michigan and national background and drug tests, maintain a clean driving record, and possess a current driver’s license
Pay up to $75,000 annually.
