Structure Tec is hiring Traveling Roofing Laborers to join our team and offering a $500 sign on bonus!

If you haven't yet heard of Structure Tec, we are a consulting and construction services firm with 30 years of experience in facility restoration and maintenance. We specialize in building envelopes, commercial roof systems, pavement, and concrete structures.

We currently have projects in the Midwest and then will be working on projects in Augusta, GA! We will book you a hotel for the week and offer a per diem too! While working on our Construction Services Group Roofing team, you will learn valuable construction skills to build your career. We give regular performance and compensation evaluations based on your work ethic, connection with the crew, and ability to learn the skills required on the job.

• Perform commercial roof restoration repair with the Construction Services Group service crews
• Perform full installation of the following commercial roofing systems: built-up, cold and torch applied modified, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and Sheet Metal
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and other employees
• Perform all tasks assigned or apparent
• Perform tasks involving physical labor at roofing project sites.
• May operate hand and power tools of all types: roof cutters, saws, drills, small mechanical hoists, surveying and
• measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
• May clean and prepare sites, set scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris.

• Responsible, professional, and quality driven
• All applicants will be subject to a background and drug screen
• Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to travel to various project sites on average 10 days at a time, with the option to commute with the Foreman
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, such as:
  • Must be willing to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Must be able to do heavy lifting
  • Dependable and on time to work
