Contract Details- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 2 months (extension possible if new account holder converts)
- Pay Rate: $26.00 $ 28.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. The candidate will be working inside of a bank and driving a CBRE van to multiple area locations within a 30-mile radius.
Uniform and tools will be provided, and the candidate will be working independently.
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems
- Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs; manage and track completion
- Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner
- Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information; respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance

- Excellent customer service skills
- HVAC experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required; in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Valid Driver's License required
- 1 2 years of job-related experience
- Must meet physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders
- Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
- Candidate will be driving a CBRE van to multiple area locations within a 30-mile radius
- Overtime may be required
- Background check with drug screen and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required
- Background package: CBRE Safety Specific includes drug screen and MVR check
- Interview process: 2 rounds, virtual (Microsoft Teams) with Hiring Manager
- Conversion to permanent possible if new account holder elects to convert
