Opportunity to flag 50+ hours/week Introduction We are seeking an experienced A Level or B+ European Automotive Technician in Kalamazoo, MI. A Level Technicians earn $50-$60/hr flat rate (depending on experience), while B+ Technicians earn $40-$50/hr flat rate (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities  Diagnose and repair European and select Asian import vehicles.  Perform engine, suspension, steering, electrical, drivetrain, and general mechanical repairs.  Diagnose drivability concerns using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment.  Service BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Volvo, and select Asian imports.  Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and service documentation.  Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors.  Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications  5+ years of automotive repair experience.  3+ years of European automotive experience preferred.  Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.  Ability to independently complete repairs from inspection through completion.  ASE and/or Michigan certifications are a plus.  Professional, team-oriented approach with a focus on quality workmanship. Compensation & Benefits  A-Level Technician: $50-$60/hr flat rate. (depending on experience)  B+ Technician: $40-$50/hr flat rate.
