Outreach Specialist

Gryphon Place seeks an Outreach Specialist to expand access to our crisis intervention and 2-1-1 services across Kalamazoo and surrounding communities. In this role, you will build relationships with individuals, families, and community partners; provide information, screenings, and referrals to mental health and social service resources; and represent Gryphon Place at events, trainings, and outreach activities. You'll support suicide prevention, conflict resolution, and youth and family programs through education, resource navigation, and follow-up.

Working in a compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative team, you will help reduce barriers to care, promote well-being, and ensure community members know where to turn in times of crisis.
