If you are a Class A Driver tired of unpredictable pay checks, earn $1,500 per week minimum with most drivers earning $1,575–$1,900 per week. Drivers earn a guaranteed minimum of $1,500 per week (if the driver runs the entire week, with no load refusals and no driver‑induced delays) and top drivers can earn $1,900 per week. Drivers are paid the greater of the minimum and their CPM freight, which is no touch with 65% drop and hook.

All freight is no touch and 65% drop and hook. Drivers are not penalized for not taking loads to NYC.

Your $4,000 bonus is paid as follows: $500 after your first load, $500 at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days, with $1,000 paid out on your 6‑month anniversary.

Full benefits (PTO, medical, dental, 401(k) and more) start on your 30th day of employment. Drivers are assigned trucks with no slip seating and newer model Freightliners, Kenworths, and Internationals. If you have a rider and a pet you want to bring along, they are welcome from day one.

Responsibilities

• This job is physical; drivers will place boxes on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. The driver is not responsible for any inventory or merchandising, and once the boxes are in the store, the store personnel handle the final part of the delivery.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40 trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
• If terminated from a previous job due to safety tissues, you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier
• Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents that resulted in injury, jackknife, or rollover in the last 5 years
