Class A Dry Van Driver

Responsibilities

• Average 10-11 hour shifts (typically until approximately 12:30 AM)
• Operate a Tandem Axle Day Cab with a 53' Dry Van Trailer
• Deliver automotive parts while utilizing a manual pallet jack and liftgate
• Complete scheduled shuttle and delivery stops, including unloading, reloading, and returning equipment to the home terminal
• Deliver automotive parts between Michigan and Illinois locations
• Earn $32.00/HR with OT after 40 hours
• Full-time local Class A position
• Dispatch Time: 2:00 PM

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Minimum 2-3 years of verifiable CDL A experience
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Experience operating 53' dry van trailers preferred
• Experience using a manual pallet jack and liftgate preferred
• Comfortable performing touch freight deliveries
• Ability to safely unload and reload freight at multiple customer locations
• Ability to work afternoon/evening schedules starting at 2:00 PM
• Strong customer service, communication, and safety skills required
• Must pass a DOT Drug Screen, Physical, Background Check, and MVR Review
