Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support a fast‑paced distribution operation in Kalamazoo, MI. This role involves picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

• Pick and pack customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners
• Prepare shipments and ensure order accuracy
• Load and unload trucks manually or with equipment
• Receive and stock incoming inventory
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED preferred
