Certified Public Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal and state corporate tax returns across multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines
• Manage tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes
• Coordinate with external advisors when needed
• Manage and coordinate external audits and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors
• Perform and oversee accounts payable (AP) data entry and payment processing
• Support accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing and collections
• Assist with general ledger maintenance and reconciliations
• Complete month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records across entities
• Provide financial insight to leadership across multiple operating companies
• Assist in improving accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the business grows and diversifies
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

• Active CPA license (required)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and hands‑on corporate tax experience with multi‑entity structures, intercompany considerations, and complex filings
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience operating in a multi‑entity or complex business environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic initiatives and hands‑on accounting tasks
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
