Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk for a well-established company in the Flathead Valley.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
What You'll Do- Update and maintain journal entries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with data entry and general bookkeeping tasks
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Ensure timely, accurate financial recordkeeping
- Support the accounting team with daily operational needs
- Previous bookkeeping experience required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
- Ability to learn new accounting software quickly
- Dependability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills
- Comfort working in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Consistent weekday schedule for great work-life balance
