Providing essential escrow services for various real estate transactions, the full-time Escrow Processing Support Specialist II will manage clerical processing of documents, communicate instructions to branch offices, and ensure adherence to standard procedures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities- Performs centralized clerical processing of all documents related to escrow initiation and closing
- Communicates information and instructions to branch offices with limited customer interaction
- Recognizes and solves typical problems while managing own workload under general supervision
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
