Manhattan Christian School is a PK-12 Christian school that inspires students to live God-glorifying lives by teaching Christ’s Lordship in faith, learning, and living. We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our school community.

We are looking for an organized, professional Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to our school office. You will be the backbone of our office operations, correspondence, records, and general administrative tasks that keep our school running smoothly.

• Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage student records with confidentiality
• Process paperwork, correspondence, and administrative documentation
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Support enrollment and registration processes
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
  
  Perform data entry and database management
• Assist with events and school communications
• Support a Christ-centered school environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Google Suite and email
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Commitment to our Christian mission and values

Previous office or school experience is a plus!
