Day to day as a Full-Time Clinic SchedulerAs a Full-Time Clinic Scheduler at Missoula Bone & Joint LLC, your daily responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth clinic operations. Expect to manage appointment scheduling, efficiently coordinating with patients and healthcare providers to optimize clinic flow. You'll be responsible for answering phone inquiries, addressing patient concerns, and maintaining accurate records. This position is 38 hours/week with a working schedule of Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday's from 8:30am - 3:00pm providing consistent support to both patients and staff.
This position will cover full-time hours until the end of October 2026.
You'll utilize scheduling software to organize appointments and handle rescheduling or cancellations as necessary. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be tracking patient information and ensuring compliance with safety and privacy regulations. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts, contributing to an overall positive patient experience.
