PRN Be the welcoming first face of Logan Health! This position serves as one of the first points of contact for patients, visitors, and families as they enter the hospital. You’ll provide a friendly welcome, help answer questions, and direct people to the department or location they need. For more than 100 years, Logan Health has cared for the communities of northwest Montana, and our volunteers have been at the heart of that mission. In this role, you'll play an important role in helping provide a welcoming, organized, and service-focused environment while supporting volunteer engagement and departmental daily operations.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and technical support for the Volunteers Department in an organized and accurate manner according to department policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate the flow of daily activities, information, and operations for assigned areas.
- Greet and assist volunteers, staff, patients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation according to department protocols.
- Assist with documentation collection, data entry, tracking, and reporting as needed.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes as applicable.
- Assist leadership with staffing coordination, scheduling communication, and daily operational support.
- Maintain office supply inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide backup support for other department support staff and assist with departmental projects and activities.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and orientation activities for new employees and volunteers as applicable.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative role.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical setting.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, reception, or retail.
- Post high school education or vocational training in healthcare.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
