Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000+ per year

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• Support technicians and service advisors with parts requests
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute incoming shipments
• Load and unload parts deliveries
• Utilize dealership computer systems to locate, price, and order parts
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient department operations

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Computer proficiency required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Positive, professional demeanor

• Ability to stand, sit, bend, squat, kneel, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and step stools as needed
• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds or more regularly
• Ability to load and unload parts shipments
• Ability to work at a computer and view a computer screen for extended periods
• Ability to perform all duties associated with an automotive parts department
