Change Management, Business Analyst
As a Business Process Improvement Consultant, you'll combine process improvement, data analytics, Lean principles, and project leadership to solve complex business challenges across one of Montana's leading healthcare systems. This highly collaborative role partners with executive leadership to improve quality, efficiency, productivity, and the delivery of patient care.
What You'll Do- Lead enterprise-wide process improvement and performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with executive leaders and operational teams to improve quality, productivity, efficiency, and patient experience.
- Analyze complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that support informed decision-making.
- Apply Lean, continuous improvement, and operational excellence principles to redesign workflows and improve performance.
- Lead cross‑functional projects from discovery through implementation.
- Facilitate process mapping, workflow redesign, and change management efforts.
- Coach leaders and teams on process improvement and Lean methodologies.
Successful BPI consultants enjoy solving difficult problems, turning data into action, asking thoughtful questions, simplifying complex information, building strong relationships across the organization, leading projects, working with large data sets, and helping teams improve how they work.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field, or five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, Lean, or performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience interpreting complex data.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management abilities.
- Experience with dashboard development and executive reporting.
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
