Answers priority line calls and initiates response for all incoming code events, alarm activations, etc.;
Obtains complete information necessary to determine urgency and need for dispatching security, maintenance and/or medical response.;
Monitors and notifies responding medical personnel after activation of Telehealth program protocol.;
Dispatches the ALERT flight teams, secures ground transportation as necessary, monitors flight schedule and following software, dispatches assets for the ALERT program advanced aero medical team, and notifies other providers as needed.;
Assures compliance with emergency procedures and notifications per department protocol.
