Concrete Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule while maintaining a safe job site.

• Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on job sites
• Plan and schedule daily work activities
• Prepare, place, finish, and cure concrete to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Estimate materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects
• Monitor job progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Keep accurate records, reports, and daily logs

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage crews and multiple tasks efficiently
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and safety
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Previous experience in concrete construction required
• Foreman or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishing techniques
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Outdoor job sites in varying weather conditions
• Physically demanding work environment
• Ability to lift heavy materials and be on your feet for extended periods
• Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
• $35.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience
