Construction Laborers ($25​/hr

We're hiring dependable Construction Laborers to join a growing underground utility construction team in the Kalispell area. This is a hands‑on position supporting the installation of fiber optic infrastructure while working alongside experienced drill operators and locators. • Assist with underground utility and fiber construction projects
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
• Dig trenches, potholes, and assist with conduit installation
• Support drill operators and locators in the field
• Restore work areas and maintain clean, safe job sites
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Report to the Kalispell office each morning and travel to local job sites with the crew

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Construction, utility, excavation, landscaping, concrete, or general labor experience is preferred
• CDL is a plus but not required
