Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team s role will be based in Kalispell, MT or Broomfield, CO
. It is a hybrid role that requires at least one to three days a week in the office.

• Respond to standard customer inquiries about the company’s products and services via phone and email.
• Document and monitor call‑center calls, emails, and transactions.
• Request additional or missing information from customers by phone or written correspondence.
• Track client and product order information and log data in spreadsheets or CRM systems to support call‑center monitoring and reporting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience handling customer inquiries via phone and email and requesting/ verifying missing information.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to document interactions, track orders, and manage client/product data in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Customer‑service oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries, follow up promptly, and support call‑center monitoring and reporting.

• Insurance experience; preferred experience with flood insurance.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,500 to $73,300. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. The total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
