Temp Right Service is a provider of HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and indoor air quality services throughout Western Montana. We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our Kalispell team.
Position SummaryAs a Service Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth operation of our HVAC service team. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, maintaining customer communication, and supporting billing and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Service Request Management:
- Receive and process service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Gather necessary information to understand the scope of the service required.
- Technician Coordination:
- Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians to residential and commercial locations based on expertise and proximity.
- Ensure technicians are equipped with the necessary tools and information for each call.
- Schedule Management:
- Plan and organize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
- Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to accommodate urgent requests or changes.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with customers, providing updates on service appointments and any potential delays.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to address concerns or questions.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatch activities, and technician assignments.
- Generate reports on service performance, response times, and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer files as new information is received.
- Billing Support:
- Ensure all work completed is accurate and consistent with company processes.
- Update billing information to ensure accurate invoices are sent.
- Experience in customer service, dispatching, operations, logistics, or a related service industry role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web‑based applications, and scheduling software.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
- HVAC industry knowledge preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and comfortably lift up to 25 lbs.
- Pass full background screening, drug screening, and MVR check.
- Ability to travel as needed for projects or training.
New team members based outside headquarters will spend the first and third weeks of employment at headquarters in Missoula, MT, with additional scheduled training visits. Company‑paid accommodations are provided for overnight training sessions, and expense reimbursement will be discussed during the hiring process.
HoursMonday through Friday, in the office.
