About The Role
Call Center Representative 1 in Kalispell, Polson, or Ronan, Montana provides excellent customer service to Glacier Bank customers. The role involves answering inbound calls, resolving account issues, and promoting bank products.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming telephone inquiries and provide prompt, accurate service.
- Transfer calls efficiently to outside offices and staff members.
- Process call transfer requests, check orders, stop payments, and debit card orders/reorders.
- Troubleshoot ACH and debit card inquiries, disputes, and online banking issues.
- Provide statement printouts and check copy requests.
- Offer viable solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to bank regulations and policies.
- Recommend services and products such as online banking, e‑statements, and overdraft protection.

- Maintain basic knowledge of bank products, including checking, savings, money market, CDs, online banking, debit cards, and lending products.
- Promote account opening referrals.
- Use core banking and supporting systems correctly.
