Responsibilities- Serve as the primary consultant and secondary client liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
- Provide overall project design and development process to ensure construction documents conform with client agreements.
- Generate technical documents for projects of varying size and scope.
- Ensure quality control on all deliverables.
- Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Represent A&E Design in all client communications throughout all stages.
- Schedule, attend, and record meetings with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Maintain constant updates on project completion, including schedule and billing milestones.
- Strive to innovate, learn, and improve, never settling for the status quo.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture; master’s degree preferred.
- Architectural licensure preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of design experience.
- Experience guiding architecture and interior design projects, with a clear understanding of client needs and proven ability to execute a project scope within budget and timeline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and Newforma.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication with clients, project teams, supervisors, and executives.
- Positive, nimble, and flexible working in a creative team environment.
- Familiarity with PSMJ project management practices a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or hold a work visa.
