Position: Residential Project Architect (Kalispell)

Residential Project Architect

We are expanding our multi‑disciplinary team to strengthen our residential architecture practice. We seek an experienced residential architect who can lead design and delivery of high‑end residential projects, collaborate with partners, and develop innovative, people‑centered design solutions.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑end residential design
  • Architectural licensure preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Revit; strong proficiency in 3D rendering tools (Sketch Up, Enscape, Lumion)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills within creative teams
  • Ability to solve complex problems and think critically
  • Must be located in Kalispell, Missoula, or Bozeman
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a work visa to legally work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of high‑end residential projects from concept to construction
  • Translate client vision into innovative, functional, and beautiful design solutions
  • Oversee communication and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Research and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Manage and produce presentation materials for client and agency meetings
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes while tracking project budgets, schedules, and workflow
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope
  • Attend job site meetings, issue supplemental instructions, and respond to RFIs during the construction administration phase
  • Use Revit and rendering tools to produce accurate and compelling drawings and visuals
