• Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Medical Director for a growing program, joining 1 MD and 1 APP
• 80% Clinical, 20% Medical Director responsibilities
• Optional ER and inpatient coverage available
• $352,000 base salary plus WRVU bonus + $130,000 recruitment bonus + annual quality incentive $35,000
• $15,000 medical director stipend each year
• 6 weeks PTO, plus $4,500 CME and malpractice coverage
• Student loan repayment available through the state of Montana up to $150,000
