• Develop instructional resources using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles and adult learning strategies.
• Evaluate curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures.
• Guide faculty in effective teaching and assessment strategies in web-based learning environments.
• Design and develop instructional web pages, online courses, and learning materials.
• Track and monitor operational data to improve educational interventions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven experience using ISD principles for multimedia and traditional training systems in adult education.
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Experience with continuing medical education or health professions education.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and educational technologies.
• Previous experience in coaching and mentoring team personnel.
